Author's Experience
Charles Lemson Chanthunya is a Chancellor and Professor of Economics at Blantyre International University, Malawi. He was a member of the main team that created Malawi's Vision 2020 and served as a senior monetary expert and later as the director of trade, customs, and monetary affairs at the Secretariat of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).
